Service Warranty

Colair, Inc. offers a 30 day guarantee on all HVAC services performed.  For example, if we replace an electrical component and the same component fails within those 30 days, we replace it free of charge.  However, if something else fails unrelated to the repair, the homeowner would be responsible for repairs.

Installation Warranty

Colair, Inc. has a 1-year labor warranty on all new installations of central HVAC Systems.  Parts warranties are covered by the manufacturer and vary from 1-year to 10-year warranties.  Compressor warranties generally have a 10-year mfgr. warranty and some equipment lines even provide lifetime unit replacement for the life of the unit should it fail**.
